Sahibzada Farhan Succeeds Salman Ali Agha as Pakistan’s T20I Captain

Salman Ali Agha has been relieved of his duties as Pakistan’s T20I captain, and he’s also been omitted from the squad for the upcoming T20I series against Sri Lanka. Stepping into the role is Sahibzada Farhan, who recently led Pakistan to a silver medal at the Asian Games, now appointed to guide the team through the three-match series.

This series marks the return of Shaun Tait as Pakistan’s bowling coach. Tait previously held this position for a year, starting in February 2022.
